Master Test Checklist & Verification Matrix
The Master Test Matrix documents the complete validation baseline for the Aslandi Edge Converter prototype and production release candidates. All hardware revisions and firmware builds must pass these rigorous laboratory and soak test gates.

2. Key Qualification Gates
A. 24-Hour Multi-Meter Soak Test (T02.9)
- Configuration: 10 Zamel LEM-60 meters + 5 CHINT DTSU666 meters polled continuously every 15 seconds.
- Criteria: Zero bus lockups, $< 0.01%$ frame CRC error rate, zero FreeRTOS task starvation events.
- Result: Successfully logged over 120,000 queries with 100% data retention.
B. Sudden Power-Cut Cycling (T04.8)
- Configuration: Programmable AC relay cutting power every 30 to 180 seconds across 500 consecutive power cycles.
- Criteria: Zero corrupted LittleFS flash sectors, automatic generation repair of microSD blocks, zero configuration loss.
- Result: Verified across 500 power cut cycles. Both Flash configuration slots maintained 100% integrity.
C. 50-Meter Address Scalability Qualification (T02.10)
- Configuration: Simulated 50-meter bus array spanning address range
0x01through0x32. - Criteria: Complete bus scan completed in $< 12\text{ seconds}$; sequential query cycle for 50 meters completed in $< 8\text{ seconds}$.
- Result: Verified timing compliance on Channel 0 at 9600 8N1.
